About Jessica Koester

In 2007, I began my career in the insurance industry and steadily progressed from ​being a temporary employee to a Senior Underwriter during my 15 years at ​National American Insurance Company (commonly known as NAICO).

While working at NAICO, I pursued my passion for business by earning a ​bachelor’s degree with an understudy of insurance at The University of Central ​Oklahoma. While there, I also completed my Certified Insurance Service ​Representative (CISR) after graduating in 2009.

After transitioning to the agency side of the business, I dedicated two years to ​gaining invaluable insights and understanding of the nuances and rewards of both ​the agency side and the company side of the insurance industry.

Now, I am excited to be embarking on a new chapter of my career by establishing ​my own agency; For now I’m in Shawnee, however, my goal is for my agency to ​eventually move to my beloved hometown of Davenport, Oklahoma. I look ​forward to serving my community and providing for the insurance needs of my ​neighbors.
